Chesa Tuor

Chesa Tuor is a listed historic curiosity in the way it hugs and wraps itself around this important monument of the Bergün Tower, and orginally served spirits to horse and coach drivers to strengthen their courage before crossing the treacherous Albula Pass. Today it is a 4 double bedroom house situated in the very centre of this most original Alpine farming village, ideal for enjoying the stunning scenery and the many summer and winter activities Bergün has to offer.

The ground floor offers a large dining room/kitchen which comfortably seats eight, the entrance hall and a bathroom.

On the first floor we find a cosy old wood panelled ‘Stube’ (sitting room), a study/reading room, a further cloakroom and access to two picturesque balconies. The south west facing balcony is covered and is comfortable to sit and enjoy the stunning mountain range of Bergün.

The second floor consists of the master bedroom and a bathroom with two further double bedrooms on the third floor.

On the lower ground floor level is another double bedroom and a storage room.

The house also benefits from a designated parking adjacent to the house and tower just under the terrace.
